Requests We Plan to Support
VeyaVault should provide a clear path to request access, correction, export, deletion, and account disconnection. Some requests may require identity verification to protect your financial information.
Access and Export
You should be able to request a copy of profile, budget, transaction, goal, and connected-account data associated with your account.
Correction
You can correct many records directly in the app. For records that cannot be edited directly, you should be able to contact support.
Deletion
You should be able to request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or audit retention requirements.
